After discovery, you receive a prioritized roadmap: your top 3 AI opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility, a realistic timeline and budget estimate for each, and a recommended 'quick win' to start with — typically something that delivers ROI within 30 days.
Phase 3: Implementation & Handoff
Implementation is done with your team, not just for them. We build, test, and document everything. By the end of the engagement, your team knows how the tools work, how to maintain them, and how to expand on them. You should never be dependent on a consultant for ongoing operation of something we built.
